How to claim a failure battery warranty?
1) Email us to describe the failure battery’ status in detail;
2) Provide failure battery photos when it is disconnecting the load, record the battery voltage(take picture);
3) Provide failure battery photos when it is disconnecting a charger, record the battery voltage(take picture);
4) Provide failure battery photos when it is connecting a charger, record the battery voltage(take picture);
Transportation
How to arrange an international transportation?
1) Our batteries can be shipped in compliance with applicable dangerous goods/hazardous material shipping regulations as we have full MSDS, UN38.3 test report.
2) We have many transportation options, such as shipping by air, by sea or by train. (DDU/DDP service is acceptable as well)
